Videography FAQ
Yes. All items comes with online/digital downloads as well as USB/s for extra peace of mind. For our higher tier collections that include Instacut or Reels, these are specifically made in a "portrait" orientation or 1080x1920P made for Instagram, TikTok or similar. All collections include pro audio from a variety of sources for vows and speeches (if applicable).
Provided it's safe/legal to do so - absolutely! We follow CASA's rules and regulations so there may be time where there are limitations as to where we can launch. Bad weather like extreme heat, wind or rain can also be a contributing factor to this, but anytime it's possible - we love nothing more!
Early. We account for traffic, weather and any other unforeseen circumstances to ensure that we're rolling exactly at the time stipulated. If we're starting from the Ceremony, we need a minimum of 30 minutes to set up prior to the ceremony to mic up the groom (if applicable), attach an audio recorder to the celebrants PA system (if applicable) and set up multiple cameras and tripods.
No we don't. We run continuously throughout from the start time until the end. With that being said, we will work with you closely to best suggest start and finish times to make the most out of your day.
A ceremony cut is a multi-angled video that accompanies professionally recorded audio over the top so you can hear back the vows (if applicable) and the entirety of the celebrants proceedings. An extended cut is everything else before, in between, and after. A Reception cut is almost the same as above - just with the formalities at the Reception.
We usually have bookings up to 3 years in advance, therefore, we recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured as popular dates can fill up quickly.
