† Priority placement in the edit queue. Your wedding moves to the front of our
editing schedule ahead of standard collections. It is not a fixed delivery date — a full wedding
gallery realistically takes six weeks or more, and we would rather be honest about that than rush your
edit. Standard delivery remains 6–12 weeks.
* Drone subject to CASA regulations, airspace, location and weather on the day.

Videography FAQ
All collections include online digital downloads and USB/s. Instacut and Reel formats are delivered in portrait orientation (1080×1920) for Instagram and TikTok. All collections include professional multi-source audio for vows and speeches (if applicable).
Drone is included in Premium, Luxury, and Platinum collections, provided it's safe and legal. We follow CASA's regulations — location, airspace, and weather are all factors. Whenever possible, we love nothing more.
A ceremony cut is a multi-angled video with professionally recorded audio — so you can hear back vows and the celebrant's proceedings clearly. An extended cut covers everything else: before, between, and after. A reception cut covers the formalities at the reception.
Early — always. We factor in traffic, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. If starting from the ceremony, we need a minimum of 30 minutes beforehand to set up cameras, mic the groom, and connect to the celebrant's PA system.
No — we run continuously from start to finish. We'll work with you to plan the right start and finish times so you get the most out of your coverage hours.
